It is only natural that we wish to face death with dignity and peace, but that may be difficult due to our fears, anxieties and attachments. In this course consisting of talks, discussions and meditations we explore Buddhist perspectives on death and dying, as well as highly practical methods to prepare ourselves for death, and being of benefit to others who are dying.
